A Pennsylvania jury has recently acquitted a volunteer fire fighter of charges in starting a fire that was fatal.  The man was being charged with his involvement in a 2005 fire that killed a mother and her three children.

Prosecutors were seeking the death penalty in this case, but the man was found not-guilty by a jury. The man had expert testimony as a part of his defense that he was not mentally capable of starting the fire, and that earlier admissions of guilt were because of possible police coercion.
