The use and abuse of alcohol is one of the main factors in many wrongful death cases. Most of these types of alcohol related wrongful death cases involve a drunken driving accident.
Alcohol can impair the reasoning and reaction time of an individual. This slowed reaction time and compromised judgment could lead to a series of events that can cause a serious accident.
Although an individual may not intend for an accident to occur, their actions leading up to the accident makes them responsible.

Bad driving is something that can be seen every day on the roads across America. People do not follow traffic laws and make risky moves at high speeds. This is a typical happening almost every day.
It is unfortunate, but many times these type of driving behaviors are directly responsible for the deaths of many individuals. Family members or loved ones are killed because another person decided that they needed to get to their destination an extra twenty seconds faster by going well over the speed limit.
Although not all accidents are avoidable, many accidents are if the individual responsible would have followed the proper laws.
