Federal Judge Delays Lawsuit in Pittsburgh Area Soldier Death

Posted on June 3rd, 2009 3 Comments

A federal judge has recently delayed a lawsuit that was brought on by the parents of a soldier who lost his life after being electrocuted in Iraq in a shower system that was installed and maintained by KBR Inc.

KBR Inc. is challenging the decision, attempting to claim that the court here has no jurisdiction in military matters.  KBR states that it was not responsible for the death of the soldier.

KBR has mentioned in numerous accidents and mistakes that have injured American soldiers. At least 18 people have been electrocuted in Iraq since 2003 because of faulty electrical wiring.

If you or someone you know has suffered because of an accident that resulted in the death of a loved one, contact the  Pennsylvania wrongful death lawyers of Lowenthal & Abrams at 215-329-3511.

Salut!, This website is good quality and so is the way the subject matter was explained. I like some of the comments as well although I would rather we all stay on the suject to add value to the message. It will be also encouraging to the one who penned it down if we all could make mention of it (for some of us who use social media such as a reddit, facebook,..). Thanks again.
