A trucker who was travelling through Pennsylvania has been charged by state police following an investigation into an accident on November 18th, 2008 that left a 42 year-old woman dead.
The driver was hauling a container on his truck that exceeded the legal height. This container struck the top of an overpass and caused the container to fall off the trailer. The container then landed on top of an SUV and caused the accident which took the life of the woman.
A federal lawsuit has also been filed against the driver and the trucking company.
