A man from Ohio has recently been killed in an accident that took place at an exploratory well-drilling operation. The man was 38 years-old and the accident took place early in the morning on Thursday. 

The man was killed after his head was caught between equipment and crushed.

State and federal officials will be investigating the accident and a report is expected to be released in the future with more information about the incident.
