A truck driver has recently been sentenced to one to five years in jail for the death of a woman in May of 2007.  The man was driving a large truck that was hauling tombstones at the time of the accident.

The driver has taken methamphetamines before the accident took place.  The man's truck struck a car on Route 64, killing a 57 year-old woman.  

The sentence is said to be appealed, as the defense claims that the woman turned into the path of the truck which attributed to the accident.
