The trial for a Pittsburgh area man will soon start for his involvement of the fatal stabbing of a high school cheerleader.
The jury for the trial was recently picked this Monday. The man accused of stabbing the teenage girl is 20 year-old. He has been charged with criminal homicide in the death of a 16 year-old girl who was a cheerleader at her high school.
This trial is important to look at because the defense seems likely to make the trial about the acne medication Accutane. If a link can be proven between the Accutane and the death of the cheerleader, then the man may receive a lesser sentence because it could have made him unstable at the time of the incident.
More information on this trial will be released in the future.
