A Pennsylvania man is responsible for an accident which left his identical twin brother dead.

The man was attempting to park a van in a parking space when the accident took place.  The man's brother was attempting to guide the brother to the parking spot.  At this point,  the man lost control of the vehicle and it struck and pinned his brother.

Officials were called to the scene and rushed the man to the hospital.  He would unfortunately die later that night while being treated for his injuries.

A man is facing multiple charges for his role in an accident in which a passenger in the car was killed.

The man reportedly struck several objects including trees and a fence.  The man then finally overturned the vehicle in a yard.  The man then broke into the residence in order to call 911.

A Pennsylvania man has recently lost his life after he was killed by being pinned between a refrigerator and a wall.

A Pennsylvania motorcycle rider was recently killed in an accident that took place over the weekend.
