An accident on a busy Pennsylvania highway has resulted in the death of one individual and the injury of another.  According to reports,  a head on collision occurred between two vehicles when one vehicle was attempting to make a left turn. The vehicle making the left turn pulled in front of a vehicle that was approaching on the highway in the opposite direction.  The collision between the two vehicles was significant and caused both cars to have a high amount of damage.

Emergency workers rushed to the scene of the accident.  The driver who made the left turn in front of the other vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.  The other driver has serious injuries and had to be rushed to the hospital for treatment.
