A woman will stand trial for an accident in which a Pennsylvania police officer was killed. The death of the officer occurred after the woman drove her car through an accident scene in which the officer was investigating.
The woman was on her phone at the time of the accident. Authorities state that the woman tried to delete the information in her phone indicating that she was on the phone at the time, however records obtained from the phone company showed that the woman was talking at the time of the accident.
