A 26-year-old Quakertown woman was killed in a traffic accident on Christmas when the car she was driving crossed the center lane of Route 29 in Montgomery County, striking another vehicle head-on.

The accident occurred at approximately 5 in the afternoon when her 2002 Saturn swerved into on-coming traffic, crashing into a 1995 Chevy Tahoe.  The two occupants of the Tahoe were taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital to be treated for moderate injuries.

Police are still investigating the accident.
