Three Pennsylvania teens are dead following a tragic accident in which their SUV plunged into the icy waters of a lake near Zelienople.

According to police reports, the driver of the SUV had apparently lost control of the vehicle on ice and rocks, sending the SUV sliding into the water, hood-first.  The force of the impact flipped the vehicle over so that its roof was resting on the lake floor, trapping the young occupants underwater and upside-down.

A woman has been fatally injured in an accident Monday afternoon.  The woman was killed after the truck she was riding in went off the road and slammed into a tree.
